This hadith is authentic and has been reported by multiple people including Aisha and Abu Hurirah as well as Ali Ibn Abi Talib. I counted 51 different times according to Sunnah website

For the not brainwashed among you, you will spot a problem with this hadith. Muhammad believe, like many people of his time, that the Earth is flat! On a flat Earth, we all experience night at the same time and day at the same time. Thus the Friday prayer is supposedly all the “world” that comes together to pray at the same time! But of course, this is not correct. We live on a round Earth, this minute somewhere on Earth it is night as specifically set in the Hadith, and a few minutes after that it moves and moves and moves…never stopping. Allah has turned into Santa Claus trying to get to all the kids in one night!! You may argue by saying “so what, it is possible!” Of course, if Allah is constantly on the move. But read the Hadith carefully, it does not say He is constantly on the move, or he travels horizontally to reach all nations… In the context of how it is set out, it is clear that “for a moment” this skydaddy appears to grant wishes and disappears. And if this was really true…I challenge you, why do you even pray in the mornings, afternoon, or sunset if Allah is not in the “near heaven” to hear you? And wait wait… whatever happened to the concept of Allah is all around us all the time!! You see what a mess this is. You need IQ to see these issues, you just need to be a sponge to accept them without thinking. Welcome to Islam. Now say SubhanAllah!!.

“Al-Bukhari recorded that Abu Hurayrah commented on this Ayah, “(You, Muslims, are) the best nation of people for the people, you bring them tied in chains on their necks (capture them in war) and they later embrace Islam.” Similar was said by Ibn `Abbas, Mujahid, `Atiyah Al-`Awfi, `Ikrimah, `Ata’ and Ar-Rabi` bin Anas..” Incidentally, Ibn Abbas is the uncle of the prophet and said the be the most trusted by the Prophet to “explain the Quran”.

If you dare to research “Slave trade in Islam” you will be in for a shock. We had been trading slaves 1100 years before the west started the 300 years of transatlantic slave trade. We only stopped because the UN forced us!

Islam could not stop slavery in 1350 years, but the UN did that in 20 years, who is stronger I wonder. Is Allah or the UN? Who is more merciful? Allah or UN?

Taqiyya (تقية alternative spellings taqiyeh, taqiya, taqiyah, tuqyah) is a form of religious dissimulation, or a legal dispensation whereby a believing individual can deny his Islamic faith or commit otherwise illegal or blasphemous acts while they are at risk of significant persecution.

One of the biggest lies we are told is that Taqiyya is only a Shia thing. But wait a minute, it is on the Qur’an!

“Let not believers take disbelievers as allies rather than believers. And whoever does that has nothing with Allah, except when taking precaution against them in prudence (تقية, Taaqyiah according to qiraa’a by Ya’qub al-Yamani). In debates with Islamists, I see it all the time. When they are cornered they revert to deflection, distraction, and if it is impossible, they will simply deny it or lie about it under the pretence of “Taqiyya”.

People go to a place in Mecca to throw stones on the “Devil’s House”, but in the cross fire, many fellow worshipers get hit and some are known to die. In fact, one of the biggest loss of life in Hajj incident happened in 2015 here when as much as 2,411 people died in a stampede rushing to stone the devil! Are you still feeling silly? When I grow up, I am supposed to realise the boogeyman is made up story invented by adults to keep us behaved… Not for the 1.5 billion people in blind faith.

Finally, how would I describe traveling thousands of miles and spending thousands of dollars to throw small rocks at the boogeyman? A SCAM copied from pagan practice by a cult leader!!

I can forgive many and many converts to Islam who have been sold Islam 2.0 and who do not know any of these facts. Many of these people have contacted me or even written on my page to say they left Islam once they realise the facts about Islam. These people honest good people and a praise their courage. I also praise the many Exmuslims like us who left Islam having born and bred in it. This is a huge challenge. We NEVER just woke up one day and decided to leave Islam because we find a twisted way to justify our “Earthly desires” as some would like to believe.. absolutely not. We struggled for years with the content, irrational stories, scientific errors and immoral commands in the Quran, violence in the hadith, the many inconsistences in what we learned about Islam and what Islam turned out to be. And we are not alone!!

We, as informed in Islam, know ever so well the consequences of leaving Islam. Allah promised eternal hell fire…And more, our family and friends, work colleagues will disown us…it is very much a career ending step, life ending for those living in Islamic countries!

How to continue to live in the bubble of lies that allows you to dream of a made up heaven?
– Dismiss all Quranic evidence as misinterpretation, even when multiple tafseer and back by hadith – even Muhammad did not understand it!?
– Dismiss all Hadith you dislike as weak or unreliable even when it is labeled as authentic and repeated multiple times: example Muhammad’s death and marriage to Aisha.
– Don’t watch the critics and people who left Islam, watch some PR debunks that cherry picks what they want you to see.

When we have to pray five times a day, and need to think which foot to use to enter the toilet, and what words to say when we sneeze and different words when we yawn, when Ramadan is consuming and exhausting for nothing. Ramadan is not healthy. One month of unproductivity, where we feel exhausted all the time. The fat get fatter and the skinny and thin get skinnier. Fasting all day gets us stressed and those who stress eat, eat too much at the iftar. Those who lose their appetite when stressed, do not eat much. Check it next Ramadan. Go read the golden age of Islam, the one time we sing about. It was, in fact, the age when we distanced ourselves from Islam. When poet sang about alcohol and love of life, when apostates question Allah’s existence in the open. They were then supported by leaders who they too lost faith and stopped expanding. It was a time when we became more atheist than anytime before. You want to see how to we lived by the Quran and Hadith, we saw that no long ago with ISIS. The little prosperity ISIS experienced was based on looted properties of the people they invaded, taking their homes, lands, petrol fields, hospitals…they never built a house!  If you only can stop pretending and be honest with yourself.

This is just one of eleven verses in the Quran that describes the earth as flat like a rug, carpet, bed, and spread. BUT not one single verse suggesting the earth is Spherical or round – very easy words found in Arabic. The verses are: Quran [2:22], [15:19], [20:53], [43:10], [50:7], [51:48], [71:19], [78:6-7], [79:30], [88:20], [91:6]. . To name few all backed by Hadith the confirms Muhammad truly believed the earth is flat. All that narration and translations were put under the “carpet” in the 1960’s when man landed on the moon. Mashallah.

At the time of the Quran’s composition was that the sky or heavens were held up with pillars. While classical Islamic scholars often believed in a dome shaped heaven, some academics have argued that the Quranic heavens are flat, stacked expanses. These heavens are like roofs (Quran 2:22, Quran 21:32, Quran 40:64), in layers (Quran 71:15 and Quran 67:3, while Quran 13:2 further emphasizes this image by pointing out that, unlike what one would expect with an Arabian tent, the roof that is the sky needs no ‘pillars’ to hold it up. Quran 81:11 adds that the sky is like a covering that can be ‘stripped away’, while Quran 21:104 states that it will eventually be rolled or folded up.

As for the rain claim, this is not the only incident. In Quran 43:11 it makes the claim again when it says: “(He) who sends water down from the sky in due measure––We resurrect dead land with it, and likewise you will be resurrected from the grave.”

Incidentally, there are chapters honouring cows, sheep, bees, ants…etc. And there is no need for a chapter to honour men, the whole Quran is man made for men – everything above, including women!

It is hard to get facts about women rights before Islam. Islamic scholars distorted many facts about Arabians before Islam. For history is written by the winners. But we do know something about women’s rights BEFORE ISLAM from the story of Khadijah, Muhammad’s first wife.

Khadijah was an independent business woman, she was the richest of Quraishi tribes, she had the largest convoy of camel who traded with Palestine and Syria, had married two men before Muhammad, she choose her own husbands, in fact she choose Muhammad who was HER OWN EMPLOYEE! When her husbands died, she inherited every penny.She did not need a guardian but Muhammad did require a guardian for himself to marry her!!!

Muhammad never dared to marry on her while she was alive. What Muhammad did after he took control? Women to stay at home, cover from head to toe, not allowed to engage in business on their own, have to ask male guardian to get married, get least inheritance, subordinate to men… Demolition of Women’s rights. But we need to buy the story that the pagans of Arabia buried baby girls alive… We, in Islam, bury them for life….Hamdullah.

The Qur’an in Surah 4:34 says:

….. Those from whom you fear arrogance, admonish them and desert them in the bed and beat them. Then, if they obey you, do not look for any way against them. Allah is High, Great.

A husband has sex with his wife, as a plow goes into a field.

The Qur’an in Surah 2:223 says:

Women are your planting place (for children); come then to your planting place as you please and forward (good deeds) ….

Slave-girls are sexual property for their male owners.

And (forbidden to you) are married women, except those whom your righthand owns (slaves). Such Allah has written for you…

You probably seen or heard hundreds of Islamic claims and YouTube videos of scientific miracles of the Quran. But have you checked the debunks of these claims?

Take the claim I find very common that the Quran makes a miraculous claim when it says:

“….And We created from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?” Quran 21:30

Thales of Miletus is a Greek Philosopher who suggested water is the source of all living things some 1000 years before Muhammad. You probably saw loads of YouTube videos of people claiming the Quran is a miracle because “No one knew this at the time”. This turned out to be bullshit. Muhammad did not come up with new teachings of Islam. Independent historians can see that Islam is based on the religions of that time.

People in the days of Muhammad used to say: “Muhammad only repeats what he learned” and they were right. Muhammad learned many of these faith from his maternal uncle Waraqah Ibn Nawfal who was a priest in Christianity and Judaism. For many historians who look at Islam from an objective lense, Islam is a branch of Judaism, linked with Christianity for continuity, blended with Zoroastrianiam for creativity, and mixed with Arabian mythology such as Jinns and direction of prayer to Mecca.

No one claimed that Muhammad was making wild claims when the Quran said “we made from water everything alive” they knew that already. No one was surprised when the Quran said iron comes from the sky, they saw meteorites carry metal and they knew that already as did many other cultures before Islam. Modern science may have “reconfirmed” them but they were already known at the time.
