Well, actually, there is a dispute among scholars if Aisha had even menstruated when Muhammad had sex with her. But let’s assume she did. This is a reminder why Muhammad and the Quran cannot be considered our symbol of morality for all times:

There are two issues here. One, the Quran does not set a minimum age of marriage. In fact, it suggests that men can marry female before they menstruate – that is before puberty!

In this verse, the Quran sets the conditions to when to have intercourse with women you marry – to ensure a child you get from them is yours.

“And those who no longer expect menstruation among your women – if you doubt, then their period is three months, and [also for] *those who have not menstruated* ….”
Quran 65:4

And then comes many authentic Hadith about the age of Aisha at marriage.

Narrated Hisham’s father: Khadija died three years before the Prophet departed to Medina. He stayed there for two years or so and then he married ‘Aisha when she was a girl of six years of age, and he consumed that marriage when she was nine years old.

Narrated ‘Aisha: that the Prophet married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death).

Narrated ‘Aisha: I used to play with the dolls in the presence of the Prophet, and my girl friends also used to play with me. When Allah’s Apostle used to enter (my dwelling place) they used to hide themselves, but the Prophet would call them to join and play with me. (The playing with the dolls and similar images is forbidden, but it was allowed for ‘Aisha at that time, as she was a little girl, not yet reached the age of puberty.) Arabic and Islamic social media went absolutely bunkers when a cute cat jumped on a Shiekh while he was praying and looked all happy. My brothers and sisters are filling up comments on how our prophet LOVED cats and they are clean. Just imagine, just for one moment, that it was a black dog!! Why? What difference would it have been?

Bullshit. Black or white, any pet expert will tell you that dogs are classified by their breed and not their colour!! And why devil? Just because Muhammad had irrational fear, he called them devils, thousands of innocent dogs got killed in Arabia over this hadith. And beyond that, dog (man’s best friend) became our enemy!! Is there science to back it? No. Scientists insist dogs are friendly, and their saliva is cleaner than that of cats! They is no animal more loyal and loving, absolutely dedicated to being your companion as dogs. They are responsible for saving countless lives as rescue, protection, and even helping blind people all around the world be independent. On mental health, they help every person struggling with depression or loneliness as they are the one animal that will give you unconditional love! While some would say that they are excellent judge of character, it may explain why they did not like Muhammad and Muhammad did not like them. As to the choice of colour, let’s face it Muhammad had an unconscious racism with blacks. We see that in the Hadith and even in the Quran 3:106.

If this is yet another evidence that Muhammad was inventing Islam based on his preferences and his rationalisation…has nothing to do with reality or science.

For many people, Ramadan is a horror movie that lasts a whole month. They take risks every day just to have a sip of water or eat while no one is watching

In the Gulf states nearly everyone does not fast yet everyone pretends they are fasting. Home food delivery foods jump 400% during the day in Ramadan. Restaurants know it, politicians who have raised it several times know it, delivery drivers know it, the neighbors who see it delivered know it because they thought it was coming to them and this is how we know they are not fasting either. THIS WHOLE THING IS A JOKE!!!

Why all this? Because if they did allow the people to eat freely, the scale of how many people do not follow Islam will shock them…that is why.

You probably seen or heard hundreds of Islamic claims and YouTube videos of scientific miracles of the Quran. But have you checked the debunks of these claims?

Take the claim I find very common that the Quran makes a miraculous claim when it says:

“….And We created from water every living thing. Will they not then believe?” Quran 21:30

Thales of Miletus is a Greek Philosopher who suggested water is the source of all living things some 1000 years before Muhammad. You probably saw loads of YouTube videos of people claiming the Quran is a miracle because “No one knew this at the time”. This turned out to be bullshit. One group of debunkers have found that all those supposedly Quranic miracles were common knowledge as they have been mentioned by ancient researchers. You can the video here:

Muhammad did not come up with new teachings of Islam. Independent historians can see that Islam is based on the religions of that time.

People in the days of Muhammad used to say: “Muhammad only repeats what he learned” and they were right. Muhammad learned many of these faith from his maternal uncle Waraqah Ibn Nawfal who was a priest in Christianity and Judaism. For many historians who look at Islam from an objective lense, Islam is a branch of Judaism, linked with Christianity for continuity, blended with Zoroastrianiam for creativity, and mixed with Arabian mythology such as Jinns and direction of prayer to Mecca.

No one claimed that Muhammad was making wild claims when the Quran said “we made from water everything alive” they knew that already. No one was surprised when the Quran said iron comes from the sky, they saw meteorites carry metal and they knew that already as did many other cultures before Islam. Modern science may have “reconfirmed” them but they were already known at the time.

We are all Islam, until you join (or grow up) and then you get to realise we are not all Islam. We are Sunni, Shia, Suffi, Ismaili, Salafai, Wahabi, Ahmadi and many more. And each claims to be the “true” authentic Islam. And gets worse, while in the open they try to be civil, in reality some look at each other as worse than Kuffar! Why?
Where does this mentality come from? It comes from a disputed Hadith that says:

Narrated Abu Hurairah:

that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “The Jews split into seventy-one sects, or seventy-two sects, and the Christians similarly, and my Ummah will split into seventy-three sects.”

Grade: Hasan – not Sahih because it is disputed.

Why disputed? Because if you search Sunnah.com “seventy three sects” you will have multiple variations of it. Some follow this with saying “only one will go to heaven …” Some saying “a small group will be going to heaven” while some saying ” the “main” group will go to heaven”.

On that bases, the religion of peace cannot even live in peace with other people who believe in the same Allah and his prophet!!! WTF!!

Here is why this hadith fail (like many others) first, as hard as you try will not find this number of sects in Christianity or Judaism!! If you go by branches, each had three to four. If you go by subbranches you will get around 20. The minute you go into different churches and temples, you are talking hundreds and even thousands. Every other street in the US had a new Church claiming salvation!!

And in Islam, same problem. I cannot find 73 anywhere. I did extensive study of the different branches and sub-schools, and sects and the number is always less than 30!! Only when you start to “invent” names and variations, you could go up to 50! Where are these 73 sects?  What this (and other hadith) show us is Muhammad was inventing things as he goes. He could have said 101, 102, 103…and people will blindly believe him and go invent sects to match his numbers. And what this also shows is that the religion of peace becomes takfeeri -each claim they are authentic!

The term Sheikh, Dawah, Imams, and Islamic scholars are not terms Muhammad or the Quran suggested. Muhammad was very clear to.distance Islam from the role of priests and missionaries that he saw as corrupted individuals making money from the poor, selling them lies and motivated by money.

In addition, Muhammad also saw these roles as redundant when the “End of time” is so near and he is here to see us through it. See my other post on “end of time” that shows Muhammad insisted it was “very close” some 1400 years ago.

For Muhammad, the Quran was clear and easy to read, new nations have to learn Arabic, and by the time he finishes conquest of the world, the world will end -thus who needs a sheikh, dawah, or Islamic tafseers. Shows short term thinking by Muhammad and a god having no idea to language barriers, learning barriers (not everyone has same level of IQ), and a timeline set around the likes of Alexander the Great who was able to conquer the known world in a quarter of his life!

Now a days those Islamic sheikhs, Dawah, Imams, and scholars are middle men making tons of money offline and online (social) media. Do they know that Muhammad forbids them? When Dr Joker Zakri was exposed to having what seems to be million of dollars in flats put in his immediate family names, one had to ask: “Where did you get that money from?” But my brainwashed brothers and sisters did not care and did not want to know? Seriously, on one social media page supposedly moderate, I posted the question with the Interpol warrant for his arrest link, I got attacked and before I knew it…blocked!

If they look at the roles of missionaries and priesthood in Islam, they will know Muhammad spoke against it and while the new terms were invented to distance themselves from the Christian and Judaism terms but in reality they are the same roles!! We are masters of “reinventing” solutions to fix Islam. For example, we know interest on loans is “haram” but we invented hundreds of terms for it…and did brain gymnastics to justify it and you will be pressed to find one single Islamic country that does not have it…even Islamic banks have interests charged in one way or another. It is a joke!

How is this ever going to help anyone question their Islamic faith. Yet, when I checked Atheist Arabic pages, they were posts about the Quran, Hadiths, Sirat Al Nabi…always referencing their sources. So, I decided to do my bit. I do not want to be just another Exmuslim who leaves Islam and shuts up. I will use my knowledge of Islam, strong command of English, as well as my graphic skills to translate and create my own meme. And this is where the concept of “Arabic Translated Memes” came from. I don’t sign my memes so they are copyright free and they flow faster and easier. But you can tell from the style and font that I rarely change…that these are my memes. To understand why sometimes people believe that reciting the Quran or fasting or praying or eating dates or black seeds or drinking camel piss or any number of ridiculous things we believe will work – you need to learn about a well know scientific term called: Placebo Effect.

It is defined as: The placebo effect is when an improvement of symptoms is observed, despite using a nonactive treatment ( meaning no real medicine). It’s believed to occur due to psychological factors like expectations or classical conditioning. Strong belief plays a role here too. Research has found that the placebo effect can ease things like pain, fatigue, or depression. And generally make people feel or believe they are better.

The first time I came across the term Placebo Effect is a study on people with migraine headache (the most painful headache). The study split a group of hospital patients into two: one given a well known and strong painkiller another group giving Smarties that look like medicine but they were told it is a “strong painkiller”. To the surprise of the scientist, the people given Smarties reported improvement almost equal to the ones who had the real medicine. It worked because the patient BELIEVED STRONGLY it will work and it is a POWERFUL MEDICINE. Many studies followed this one had similar findings with some saying that the effect was short term but remained significant.

Having a “strong belief” that something will work may allow your body to act, maybe even produce its own painkiller or feeling of getting better. You have to remember our minds control everything. There are studies that shows positive thinking of the mind has helped people handle pain, illness, depression, and even in some cases retraction of cancer where no medication took place.

So the next time you hear someone tell you, they got better not by medicine or hospital but some Islamic magic..explain to them the concept of Placebo Effect. And remind them how our prophet died. Four years suffering from the effect of the poison. The Quran could not even heal him, don’t expect to heal anything!

If you are fasting for 10, 12, 18,  or even 20 hours a day, do not complain!! Feel for those living in or near the poles.  According to Islamic laws set out in the Qur’an, the keeping and breaking of a fast are related to times of sunrise and sunset which do not occur near the Poles as they would on other places on the Earth.

As we get closer to the North or South Pole, the day or night might extend for up to several months each.  At the North Pole itself, daylight and darkness last for more than six months at a time.

“Why do you think Islam did not take into consideration Muslim astronauts and Muslims living near the Poles?” We can understand some 7th – century desert dwellers not knowing about the poles or believing that Muslims would someday end up in space, but an omniscient being  should have known better.  Whoever made these rules either believed that the Earth is flat, or the Earth is in a perfect perpendicular tilt relative to the Sun. Proving that the author of the Quran is a just a human who did not know better.

How did our Mulla’s fix the Qur’an? Some suggested to follow Mecca others to follow the nearest city with a “reasonable” periods of sunsets and sunrise times. This minute, there are people eating during the day in those areas while some fasting at night…ridiculous? Of course. Then comes the “Ramadan loophole” if you have money! You fly to countries where the sunrise is only four or five hours. A friend told me when Ramadan come in the winter (Middle East 12 hours fasting) his parents would fly to Scotland or Scandinavia, where they fast four hours a day! Subhan-no-Allah.

For a religion that claims to be “perfect” and most “peaceful” one would have expected out extremist to be extremely prefect and extremely peaceful…and the minute you ask that question and realise how stupid it is…the sooner you start your journey out of Islam!
