The claim that Islam is feminist is put to the test. What do you think?
Did Islam really give women rights?
We heard that “Islam gave women many rights”. We hear them talk about how bad women’s rights were before Islam. But we examine records from Islamic sources, we find it is a lie. Women get little in this life and next!
We know from the story of Khadijah, Muhammad’s first wife, that she was an independent business woman. She was the richest of the Quraishi tribes. She had the largest convoy of camels that traded with Palestine and Syria. She married twice before Muhammad and she inherited everything after her husbands’ death. And she picked Muhammad as her third husband who was her EMPLOYEE! Did Khadijah have a guardian? No, she asked Muhammad’s Guardian who was at the time his uncle!!! During her life, Muhammad did not dare marry on her.
But what did our beloved religion do to women’s rights? Women could not run their own businesses (haram), they need male guardians to leave home (haram) , they cannot pick their own husband without approval of their guardian (haram), get the least inheritance under all scenarios for becoming independent is haram. And how she has to be covered from top to toe – for Showing her hair is now (haram) and for some extremist showing her face is (haram). The suggestion by the Quran for Muhammad to “cover your wives” means the verse came after Khadijah’s had died. EVEN when she dies, she is said to be a QUEEN that watches her husband have sex with other women!! If there was ever evidence that Islam is man made by men, it is this sequence of logic!!Khadijah used all her wealth to fund Muhammad’s army and wars. Ironically, if Khadijah had the right that come after Islam, Khadijah would have been a penniless widow and Muhammad and Islam never seen light of day.
Muhammad’s sleeps any women who offers herself to him
Muhammad was supposedly a humble messenger of Allah. To follow everything Allah told him to do. But when Allah said maximum of four wives, Muhammad had at the time of this story 9 wives, many concubines, and still to Aisha shock, Muhammad was sleeping with any Muslim women who came along, even without the approval of a male guardian. So she kick up a fuss with Muhammad, like what the hell!! But next day “Allah” responded with an out of jail card… Subhan Allah. Can you guess what Aisha response was? The famous words of a sarcastic sceptic:
“I feel that your Lord hastens in fulfilling your wishes and desires.” Sahih Bukhari 6:60:311

Summary of women rights in the Quran
Anyone who tells you Islam is feminist, just run by them these verses and see them squirm:
Husbands may hit their wives if they merely fear arrogance:
The Qur’an in Surah 4:34 says:
Men are the maintainers of women for that Allah has preferred in bounty one of them over another, and for that they have spent of their wealth. Righteous women are obedient, guarding in secret that which Allah has guarded. Those from whom you fear arrogance, admonish them and desert them in the bed and beat them (without harshness). Then, if they obey you, do not look for any way against them. Allah is High, Great.
A husband has sex with his wife, as a plow goes into a field.
The Qur’an in Surah 2:223 says:
Women are your planting place (for children); come then to your planting place as you please and forward (good deeds) for your souls, and fear Allah. And know that you shall meet Him. Give glad tidings to the believers.
Husbands are a degree above their wives.
The Qur’an in Surah 2:228 says:Divorced women shall wait by themselves for three periods. It is unlawful for them, if they believe in Allah and the Last Day, to hide what He has created in their wombs, in which case their husbands would have a better right to restore them should they desire reconciliation. And for them similar to what is due from them with kindness. But men have a degree above them. Allah is Mighty and Wise.
A male gets a double share of the inheritance over that of a female.
The Qur’an in Surah 4:11 says:
“Allah charges you concerning your children, for a male like the share of two females…..”
The Qur’an in Surah 2:282 says:
Believers, when you contract a debt for a fixed period, put it in writing. Let a scribe write it down between you with fairness; no scribe shall refuse to write as Allah has taught him. Therefore, let him write; and let the debtor dictate, fearing Allah his Lord, and do not decrease anything of it. If the debtor is a fool, or weak, or unable to dictate himself, let his guardian dictate for him in fairness. Call to witness two witnesses of your men, if the two are not men, then a man and two women from the witnesses whom you approve; so that if one of the two errs, one of them will remind the other. Whenever witnesses are called upon they must not refuse, and do not be weary to write it down, be it small or large, together with its term. This is more just with Allah; it ensures accuracy in testifying and is the least of doubt….
A wife may remarry her ex-husband if and only if she marries another man, they have sex, and then this second man divorces her
The Qur’an in Surah 2:230 says:
If he divorces her (for the third time), she shall not be lawful to him after that until she has wed (not for the purpose of remarrying her former husband) another spouse and then if he divorces her it shall be no offense for either of them to return to each other….
The Qur’an in Surah 4:24 says:
And (forbidden to you) are married women, except those whom your righthand owns (slaves). Such Allah has written for you…
A man may be polygamous with up to four wives
The Qur’an in Surah 4:3 says
If you fear that you cannot act justly towards the orphans, then marry such women as seem good to you; two, three, four of them. But if you fear that you cannot do justice, then one only, or, those you possess. It is likelier then that you will not be partial.
“As for your women who have despaired of further menstruating, if you are in doubt, then their waiting period is three months as well as those who have not yet menstruated. As for those who are pregnant, their term shall be the time they deliver their burden. Allah will ease (matters) by His order for whosoever fears Him.” Quran 65:4
Wife rights to say ‘no’!
Of course, our apologist will try to twist this and say it is weak, but the question, does it not exists?
Abu Hurayrah (may Allaah be pleased with him) said: “The Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: ‘If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses [and does not come], and he spends the night angry with her, the angels will curse her until morning.’”
(Reported by al-Bukhaari, 4794; the additional phrase quoted in square brackets is from Abu Dawood, al-Sunan, Kitaab al-Nikaah, Bab haqq al-zawj ‘ala’l-mar’ah).It is one of the reasons very few Islamic countries recognise marital rape as a criminal offence. As far as we know, only Tunisia recognise it. But correct us if we are wrong.

This website is real, we kid you not. Take a look SecondWife.com
When we say all religions are man made for men, we mean it. Take a look at this.
Muhammad was a polygamist. Besides the numerous concubines, he married fifteen women and consummated his marriages with thirteen. He was also known as a “womanizer”.
Narrated Qatada: Anas bin Malik said, “The Prophet used to visit all his wives in a round, during the day and night and they were eleven in number.” I asked Anas, “Had the Prophet the strength for it?” Anas replied, “We used to say that the Prophet was given the strength of thirty (men).” And Sa’id said on the authority of Qatada that Anas had told him about nine wives only (not eleven).
Sahih Bukhari 1:5:268
The usual excuse some of my brothers and sisters have is that” there is more females than males”. Absolute bullshit. The latest studied show this is incorrect:
The sex ratio for the entire world population is 101 males to 100 females (2018 est.) women are just 49.6%. So, if anything, there are MORE males than females world wide!! There is not enough to go around.
Here is world wide:
https://ourworldindata.org/gender-ratio
And here by country: https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/SP.POP.TOTL.FE.ZS
Muhammad, our example for all time, was not satisfied with 13. He has concubines and women bounty of war (called What Your Right Hand Possess!) and had a special verse that said he can marry even more “Whoever offers herself to him…”
Oh.. Subhan Allah
How did the Hijab come about?
If you ask why females are required to wear the Hijab (veil) in Islam, the reason given is usually one of two (or a mixture of both):
1. They are obeying a command from Allah as given in the Qur’an; it is a matter of piety.
2. They are protecting their modesty by dressing this way instead of showing their body off for everyone to see.
But it is the story behind the vail that is shocking. For the vail was instated much later in Muhammad’s life. And again the story comes from the Authentic Hadith by both Bukhari and Muslim (link provided in the end).
In short, the sequence of events as follows:1. Umar repeatedly asks Muhammad that Allah should reveal verses for the Qur’an pertaining to the veiling of women.
2. No such revelation is sent down.
3. Umar follows Muhammad’s wives one night when they go out to the toilet and calls out to Muhammad’s wife Sauda. 4. Sauda goes home in a state of embarrassment and complains to Muhammad what has happened. 5. Allah then reveals the hijab verse as Umar had wanted all along. Of course this brings up some obvious questions: If Muhammad is just a messenger, relating Allah’s word, why did Umar ask Muhammad for the hijab revelation? Why did he not just pray to Allah and ask directly? No revelation was sent down until Umar spied on Muhammad’s own wives. Why did Umar do this? How did he know it would be successful? Why does Allah care about toilet privacy so much that he revealed a verse pertaining to all Muslim women that will ever live? Does it not all sound a bit BULLSHIT to you? If you want to believe it to be a good reason to wear a hijab, good for you. I am not convinced and as such I told my daughter she is free to do whatever she wants.
